Frank White founded White Label Management, LLC to successfully create and implement strategies that lead to the growth of businesses. He specializes in business development, operations management, project management, and technology commercialization. 

In his mission to continually impact the lives of people across the globe, Frank has also devoted a significant portion of his time to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. He believes in being an advocate for underrepresented groups and a champion for change management. Frank has volunteered to serve on steering committees of affinity groups that set out to create a diverse and inclusive workplace by formulating guiding principles, mission and vision statements, and strategic workplace programs. 

As a philanthropist, Frank White personally donates time and resources to nonprofit organizations such as Autism Speaks, The Human Rights Campaign, and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). He recognizes people as people first and believes that strength comes from diversity. He also values the experiences and thoughts of stakeholders to achieve sustainable change.
